How to install Purify Telephone Validation

We pride ourselves in making our products as easy to install as possible - follow this quick and simple guide and you'll have Telephone Validation within no time.

To ensure we can help you as well as we can, we need to determine which CRM platform are you looking to purify?


1. Contact us so your account manager can set up your account and provide a subscription for your account.
2. Install the Data8 Data Enhancement app from the Salesforce AppExchange - when given the option, ensure you "Install for All Users".

3. Open the settings for the "Data8 Data Enhancement App" and input your username and password for PurifyCRM.

4. Customise the relevant page layout by adding the "Data8 Lead/Contact/Account Phone Validation" Visualforce page in an applicable place.
We recommend you set the customise the height of the Visualforce page to 20px

5. Save and refresh.
1. Contact us so your account manager can set up your account and provide a subscription for your account.
2. Download the latest Purify Validation solution from here.
3. Install the latest solution into Dynamics CRM.
Import
4. Authorise your domain and get your AJAX API Key - more details will be provided once you contact us
5. Go to the Configuration section of the solution and peformed the following actions:
  • Insert your AJAX API Key
  • Customise your options as you require - formatting numbers, default country code & extended options. You can find more information on your selection here.
  • Add a validation configuration for each entity you wish to validate - validation configuration requires you to multi select the fields by using CTRL + click

6. Save and publish all customizations.
