How to install Purify TPS

We pride ourselves in making our products as easy to install as possible - follow this quick and simple guide and you'll have TPS within no time.

To ensure we can help you as well as we can, we need to determine which CRM platform are you looking to purify?


1. Ensure the account details stored here are correct and you have an active subscription.
2. Install the Data8 Data Enhancement app from the Salesforce AppExchange - when given the option, ensure you "Install for All Users".

3. Open the settings for the "Data8 Data Enhancement App" and input your username and password for PurifyCRM.

4. Customise the relevant page layout by adding the "Data8 Lead/Contact/Account TPS Status" Visualforce page in an applicable place.
We recommend you set the customise the height of the Visualforce page to 40px
Add the "TPS Overrides" related list to the bottom of the page layout.

6. Save and refresh.
Telephone numbers will now be checked against TPS as they are entered and re-checked again each night to keep the TPS status up to date. You can also manage additional consents for each record that may be used to authorise calls even when a number is on TPS. Read how to manage consents in Purify TPS.

2. Download the latest Purify TPS solution from here.
3. Install the latest solution into Dynamics CRM.

4. Authorise your domain and get your AJAX API Key from here and store it for the next step.
5. On applicable forms, add the web resource data8_tps_status. When adding the web resource you will also need to add a custom parameter as below:
